Took this picture of an abandoned church in
Drinkwater. I had been pushing against a headwind and was pretty thirsty so thought I could get a cold drink of something there but no luck. Just this old church and a few homes.
I could see this Grain elevator for about an hour before finally pulling into Dog River. I pulled into the gas station to use their rest room and get a cold drink because by then my tongue was hanging out.
Turns out the whole place is fake! No Brent Butt and no Ruby in the Cafe. I was ticked so made sure there were no
CTV cameras around and went and took a leak on the back wall. Spent the rest of the day bucking the wind into Milestone.
